Former Employer Information. I represent that my employment by Company does not and will not breach any agreement with any former employer, including any non-compete agreement or any agreement to keep in confidence or refrain from using information acquired by me prior to my employment by Company. Former Employer Information. Employee represents that his performance of all terms of this Agreement as an employee of the Company have not breached and will not breach any agreement to keep in confidence proprietary information, knowledge or data acquired by Employee in confidence or trust prior or subsequent to the commencement of employment with the Company, and Employee will not disclose to the Company, or induce the Company to use, any inventions, confidential or proprietary information or material belonging to any previous employer or any other party.
Employer Information. The Employer shall supply full and timely information to the Administrator on all matters relating to the Executive’s compensation, death, Disability or Separation from Service, and such other information as the Administrator reasonably requires.
Employer. The term Employer shall mean the Company and/or a subsidiary of the Company that employs the Executive.

Advisor will indemnify the Company and hold it harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs of suit, arising out of or in connection with any violation or claimed violation of a third partys rights resulting in whole or in part from the Companys use of the work product of Advisor under this Agreement.
Lead Employer. "Lead Employer" means the signatory Employer to the Adoption Agreement execution page, and does not include any Affiliated Employer or Participating Employer. The "lead Employer" has the same meaning as the Employer for purposes of making Plan amendments and other purposes regardless of whether the "lead Employer" is also a Participating Employer under this Article XIV.
Participating Employer. “Participating Employer” means the Company and each other Affiliate that, with the consent of the Plan Administrator adopts this Plan. A Participating Employer shall cease to be a Participating Employer on the date it ceases to be an Affiliate.
