Exercise Price. “Exercise Price” shall mean the per share price set forth in the Stock Option Grant Notice.
“Exercise Price” means the price per Share at which an Option may be exercised.
Exercise Price means the price per Share at which Shares subject to an Option may be purchased upon exercise of the Option.
