Timing and Form of Payment. After the bonus amount is certified by the Committee or the President, as applicable, the bonus shall be paid in cash in a single lump sum. Such payment (if any) shall occur as soon as practicable following the completion of the 2024 performance period and, in any event, on or before March 15, 2025. Bonus payments are intended to qualify as short-term deferrals under section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and shall be paid not later than the latest specified payment date (March 15, 2025). The Company shall have the authority to delay the payment of any bonus under the Program to the extent it deems necessary or appropriate to comply with Code section 409A(a)(2)(B)(i).

Form and Timing of Payment. Payment for SARs shall be made in cash. Such payment shall be made as soon as reasonably practicable following the date of exercise of such SARs.

Form and Timing of Payment. Payment in Section 11(c) above shall be made in cash. Payment may be made in a lump sum or installments as prescribed by the Committee and set forth in the Award Agreement.

Form and Timing of Payment. Payment in settlement of vested Restricted Stock Units will be made as soon as practicable after the date(s) determined by the Administrator and set forth in the Restricted Stock Unit Agreement. The Administrator, in its sole discretion, may settle vested Restricted Stock Units in cash, Shares, or a combination of both.

Form and Timing of Payment. As soon as reasonably practical after each Vesting Date and in no case later than the end of the Participant’s tax year in which such Vesting Date occurred, the Company shall pay cash or cash equivalents to the Participant in an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of the Participant’s Units that vested on such Vesting Date, and any Dividend Equivalent Rights that vested on such Vesting Date; provided, however:

Form and Timing of Payment. The Company will pay you any lump sum amounts as provided for in this Section 4 on the thirtieth (30th) day following your termination of employment, provided that prior to such date the release described above is effective at such time.

Form and Timing of Payment of Performance Awards. Payment of earned Performance Awards shall be as determined by the Committee at the Grant Date and shall be evidenced in the Award Agreement. Subject to the terms of the Plan and the Award Agreement, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may pay earned Performance Awards in the form of cash, Stock or other Awards (or in a combination cash, Stock or other Awards) equal to the value of the earned Performance Awards, payable at the close of the applicable Performance Period, or within 60 days after the end of the Performance Period. Any cash, Stock, or other Awards issued in connection with a Performance Award may be issued subject to any restrictions deemed appropriate by the Committee.

Payment Timing. The 20​ Bonus will be paid during March 20​.

Form of Payment. At the time of the exercise of the Option, the Option price shall be in United States dollars by # check or # by such other mode of payment as CLC may approve, including payment through a broker in accordance with procedures permitted by Regulation T of the Federal Reserve Board.

Form of Payment. Unless an Employee makes an effective election pursuant to paragraph (B)(i) below, such benefits shall be paid as a 50% Survivor Benefit in accordance with the principles of Section IX.1 and other provisions of the GE Pension Plan applicable thereto (for Employees who are married at the time their Supplementary Pension begins) or as a single life annuity in accordance with the principles of [Section XV, X.11]1] and other provisions of the GE Pension Plan applicable thereto (for Employees who are not married at the time their Supplementary Pension begins); provided, however, that:
