“Restricted Stock” means a Share that is subject to a risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in Section 9.

“Restricted Stock” means a Share granted under Section 6 that is subject to restrictions imposed pursuant to said Section.

“Restricted Stock” means a Share granted pursuant to Section 9 below subject to certain restrictions that lapse at the end of a specified period (or periods) of time and/or upon attainment of specified performance objectives.

“Restricted Stock” means the shares of Stock underlying a Restricted Stock Award that remain subject to a risk of forfeiture or the Company’s right of repurchase.

"Restricted Stock" shall mean an award of Shares made under Article 7 hereof that is subject to certain restrictions and may be subject to risk of forfeiture.

“Restricted Stock” means Shares issued or transferred to an Eligible Employee or Director which may be subject to restrictions as provided in Section 8 hereof.

“Restricted Stock Unit” means the right to receive a payment and/or Shares equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share that is subject to a risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in Section 9.

“Restricted Stock” means Stock granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(d) hereof, that is subject to certain restrictions and to a risk of forfeiture.

“Restricted Stock” means an Award granted pursuant to Article 9.

“Restricted Stock” means shares of Stock awarded to a Grantee pursuant to Section 10.
