“Restricted Stock” means a Share that is subject to a risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in [Section 9].

“Restricted Stock” means a Share granted under [Section 6] that is subject to a risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in [Section 9].imposed pursuant to said Section.

“Restricted Stock” means a Share that isgranted pursuant to [Section 9] below subject to certain restrictions that lapse at the end of a riskspecified period (or periods) of forfeiture time and/or restrictions on transfer, or both a riskupon attainment of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in [Section 9].specified performance objectives.

“Restricted Stock” means the shares of Stock underlying a ShareRestricted Stock Award that isremain subject to a risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a riskthe Company’s right of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in [Section 9].repurchase.

"Restricted Stock” means a ShareStock" shall mean an award of Shares made under [Article 7] hereof that is subject to acertain restrictions and may be subject to risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in [Section 9].forfeiture.

“Restricted Stock” means a Share that isShares issued or transferred to an Eligible Employee or Director which may be subject to a risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as describedprovided in [Section 9].8] hereof.

“Restricted Stock”Stock Unit” means the right to receive a payment and/or Shares equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share that is subject to a risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in [Section 9].

“Restricted Stock” means a ShareStock granted to an Eligible Person under [Section 6(d)] hereof, that is subject to certain restrictions and to a risk of forfeiture or restrictions on transfer, or both a risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transfer, as described in [Section 9].forfeiture.
