Subsidiaries. The Company does not have any Subsidiaries. The Company does not own or have any rights to acquire, directly or indirectly, any capital stock or other equity interests of any Person. The Company is not a participant in any joint venture, partnership or similar arrangement. There are no outstanding contractual obligations of the Company to provide funds to, or make any investment (in the form of a loan, capital contribution or otherwise) in, any other Person.

Subsidiaries. The Company does not own directly or indirectly, any equity or ownership interest in any company, corporation, partnership, joint venture or otherwise.

The Company does not have, and has never had, any Subsidiaries. The Company does not own, directly or indirectly, any ownership, equity, profits or voting interest in, or otherwise control, any corporation, partnership, joint venture or other entity, and has no agreement or commitment to purchase any such interest.

Subsidiaries and Investments. The Company has no subsidiaries and does not own any securities of or other interests or interests in, any firm, corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, association, estate, joint stock company, organization, enterprise or entity, except temporary investments in the ordinary course of business.
