Currency. Unless otherwise specified, all references to currency amounts in this Agreement shall mean United States dollars.

All monetary amounts contained in this Agreement refer to the currency of the United States unless otherwise specifically provided.

Section # Currency. Except where otherwise expressly provided, all amounts in this Agreement are stated and shall be paid in U.S. currency.

The currency used for purposes of this Agreement shall be United States dollars except otherwise indicated.

All dollar amounts referred to in this Agreement are in United States currency.

References in this Agreement to dollars or “$” refer to the lawful currency of the United States of America.
