“Foreign Benefit Arrangement” shall mean any employee benefit arrangement mandated by non-U.S. law that is maintained or contributed to by any Loan Party or any ERISA Affiliate.
“Foreign Benefit Arrangement” means any employee benefit arrangement mandated by or maintained under any non-U.S. law or jurisdiction that is maintained or contributed by any Loan Party or ERISA Affiliate.

“Foreign Benefit Arrangement” means any employee benefit arrangement mandated by non-U.S. law that is maintained or contributed to by any Group Member, any ERISA Affiliate or any other entity related to a Group Member on a controlled group basis.
“Foreign Plan” means each employee benefit plan (within the meaning of [Section 3(3)] of ERISA, whether or not subject to ERISA) that is not subject to US law and is maintained or contributed to by any Loan Party.
