6 Forecasting, Ordering and Cancellation

Forecasting: Arcturus shall not unreasonably refuse purchase orders submitted by Vinbiocare.

AEON may from time to time submit Purchase Orders to DAEWOONG for Product in accordance with the forecasting requirements in Article 4.2. Orders will be shipped on CIF Los Angeles port.

Functional Responsibilities: Oversees Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Financial Initiatives and Reporting. Collaborates on Strategic/Business Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Corporate Development, Talent Resources, Technology Planning and Business Development with C-level team.

The parties agree to meet (in person or by telephone) on a reasonable ad hoc basis upon the request of either party to review and discuss the forecasting, ordering and shipping procedures implemented pursuant to this Agreement.
