Force Majeure Event . Except for obligations to make payments under this Agreement when due, the failure of a Party to perform any obligation under this Agreement by reason of force majeure, limited to acts of God, war, terrorism (actual or threatened), strikes, revolutions, laws or other causes of a similar magnitude beyond the reasonable control of such Party (each, a “Force Majeure Event”), will not be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement. The Party affected by any Force Majeure Event will contact the other Party for discussion of possible emergency measures.

Force Majeure Event” has the meaning specified in Section 13.8;

Force Majeure Event” means any cause beyond the reasonable control of the applicable Party (e.g., war, terrorist attack, catastrophic weather, satellite failure).

Force Majeure Event” shall mean any claim of force majeure by any Person under any Material Project Document, which would allow such Person to avoid all or any material part of its obligations thereunder and any other fire, explosion, accident, strike, slowdown or stoppage, lockout or other labor dispute (whether pending or, to the Borrower’s knowledge threatened), drought, storm, hail, earthquake, embargo, act of God or of the public enemy, or other casualty (whether or not covered by insurance), that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Force Majeure Event” means an event, act, occurrence, condition or state of facts, in each case outside the reasonable control of a Party, including: acts of God; acts of any government; any rules, regulations or orders issued by any governmental authority or by any officer, department, agency or instrumentality thereof; fire; storm; flood; earthquake; accident; war; rebellion; insurrection; riot; terrorism and invasion; in each case that interfere with the normal business operations of such Party.

Force Majeure Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.3.

Force Majeure Event” shall be as defined in Section 11.5.
