“U.S. Commercialization Budget” means the budget for conducting Commercialization in accordance with the U.S. Commercialization Plan during a given calendar year and the two (2) succeeding calendar years, as approved by the JGC in accordance with [Section 5.3].
“U.S. Commercialization Budget” shall mean the budget(s) for a particular Contract Year developed by the Lead Party, reviewed by the JCC and JSC, and approved by the JSC for the U.S. Commercialization Plan.
