U.S. dollar denominated syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this [Section 2.16], are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR;

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this [Section 2.09], are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR;

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this Section, are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR;

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this Section 2.14, are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR,

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this Section 2.11, are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR,

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this Section, are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR;

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this [Section 3.03], are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR;

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this [Section 3.07], are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR,

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this [Section 3.05], are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR;

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this Section, are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace LIBOR,

syndicated loans currently being executed, or that include language similar to that contained in this [Section 2.14(b)], are being executed or amended (as applicable) to incorporate or adopt a new benchmark interest rate to replace the LIBO Rate for a currency;
