Country/Region Commercialization Plans. Each Country/Region Commercialization Plan, including each U.S. Commercialization Plan, and all updates and amendments thereto will be consistent with the Global Commercialization Plan. It is anticipated that each Country/Region Commercialization Plan for a Co-Funding Product, including each U.S. Commercialization Plan, will be prepared by the Lead Party for the Co-Funding Product in consultation with the Participating Party, reviewed by the JCC and JSC, and approved by the JSC, at least ​.
