Termination for Convenience. Either Company or Consultant may terminate this Agreement for convenience with thirty (30) days prior written notice.

Termination. The Consultant and the Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason whatsoever or for no reason whatsoever, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to the other.

Termination for Convenience. Company may terminate this Agreement (including all Statements of Work) at any time, for any reason or no reason, upon at least ten (10) days written notice to Consultant.

Either the Company or the Consultant shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement without cause by delivering notice in writing to the other party (or payment in lieu of such notice in the case of the Company) no later than 30 days prior to the date of termination.

Termination of Consulting Period. Either you or the Company may terminate the Consulting Period, at any time and for any reason, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. Upon termination of the Consulting Period by either party, the Company will have no further obligations to you.

Either Party may terminate this Agreement for convenience upon thirty (30) days’ advance-written notice to the other Party; provided that the term of this Agreement shall not extend beyond the date of termination of the Services Agreement.

Termination. The Consulting Period may be terminated by me or the Company for any reason upon 30 days' prior written notice. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately upon a material breach of the terms by Consultant.

The Consultant may terminate this agreement on giving thirty (30) days prior notice of termination, which may be waived in whole or in part in the sole discretion of the Corporation.

The Consultant may forthwith terminate this Agreement by providing fifteen (15) days written notice to the Company.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
