Termination for Convenience. Subject to the provisions of Section 1 of the Supply Agreement, Buyer may terminate all or any part of this Order at any time by written notice to Seller. Upon termination (other than due to Seller’s insolvency or default including failure to comply with this Order), Buyer and Seller shall negotiate reasonable termination costs consistent with costs allowable under Section 6.1 and identified by Seller within thirty (30) days of Buyer’s termination notice to Seller, unless the parties have agreed to a termination schedule in writing.
