Paid Time Off. During the Term, in addition to holidays observed by the Company, Executive shall be entitled to take such paid time off (“PTO”) in his discretion, so long as it does not interfere with his effective performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder.

Paid Time Off. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and other flexible time off (“FTO”) for which executives of the Company are generally eligible, in each case consistent with Company policy in effect from time to time.

Paid Time Off. The Executive shall be entitled to take paid time off in accordance with the Company’s applicable paid time off policy for U.S. executives, as may be in effect from time to time.

Paid Time Off. Executive shall be entitled to take up to twenty-five (25) work days as annual paid time off provided that such paid time off time does not interfere with his duties hereunder. Such paid time off will accrue and must be taken in accordance with Company’s paid time off policies in effect from time to time. No annual paid time off may be carried over into the next calendar year and any annual paid time off that is not used by December 31 of each calendar year will be forfeited.

Vacation and Other Paid Leave. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation time (via the Company’s Paid Time Account plan or other successor program) and other paid leaves, whether for holidays, illnesses or similar purposes, in accordance with the plans, practices, policies and programs applicable to other senior executives of the Company.
