Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Cause to be maintained a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio of not less than the ratio set forth below as of the end of each fiscal quarter set forth below during the term of this Agreement, in each case, on a trailing twelve month basis.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. At all times cause to be maintained as of the end of each fiscal month, a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio of not less than 1.0 to 1.0, measured for the trailing twelve month period ending on the last day of such month.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Beginning with the Fiscal Quarter ending March 31, 2021, as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter, the Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio for the trailing period of twelve (12) Fiscal Months then ended to be less than the applicable ratio set forth below opposite such period:

Section # Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. As of the end of each fiscal quarter, the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio shall be not less than 1.25:1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Cause Loan Parties on a Consolidated Basis to maintain as of the end of each fiscal quarter set forth below, a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio of not less than the amount set forth below for the four (4) fiscal quarter period ended as of the end of such fiscal quarter:

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. For the period commencing on the Financial Covenant Changeover Date, and each Fiscal Quarter thereafter, maintain a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio for each 12 month period of at least 1.00 to 1.00 while a Financial Covenant Trigger Period is in effect, measured quarterly as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the most recent period for which financial statements were delivered hereunder prior to the Financial Covenant Trigger Period and each period ending thereafter until the Financial Covenant Trigger Period is no longer in effect.
