“Bank Agent” means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, solely in its capacity as administrative agent under the First Lien Credit Agreement.

“Administrative Agent” means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (including its subsidiaries and Affiliates), in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder.

“Administrative Agent” means WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder, and its successors in that capacity.

“Administrative Agent” means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder and under the Loan Documents or any successor administrative agent in such capacity as provided in Article VIII.

“Administrative Agent” means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders and collateral agent for the Secured Parties, together with its successors and permitted assigns, including any successor appointed pursuant to Article VII.
