Lien Searches. Copies of UCC, judgment lien, tax lien and litigation lien search reports, which reports will be dated a recent date reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all effective financing statements that name any Loan Party as debtor and that are filed in the jurisdictions in which the UCC-1 financing statements will be filed in respect of the Collateral, none of which shall cover the Collateral except to the extent evidencing Permitted Liens.

Copies of UCC, judgment lien, tax lien and litigation lien search reports, which reports will be for the period between the Closing Date and a recent date acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, listing all effective financing statements that name any Loan Party as debtor and that are filed in the jurisdictions in which the UCC-1 financing statements will be filed in respect of the Collateral, none of which shall cover the Collateral except to the extent evidencing Permitted Liens.

certified copies of UCC, United States Patent and Trademark Office and United States Copyright Office, tax and judgment lien searches, or equivalent reports or searches, each of a recent date listing all effective financing statements, lien notices or comparable documents (together with copies of such financing statements and documents) that name any Loan Party as debtor and that are filed in those state and county jurisdictions in which any Loan Party is organized, incorporated or maintains its principal place of business and such other searches that are required by the Perfection Certificate or that the Administrative Agent deems necessary or appropriate, none of which encumber the Collateral covered or intended to be covered by the Collateral Documents (other than Permitted Liens),

Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders shall have received # searches of UCC filings in the jurisdiction of incorporation or formation, as applicable, of each Loan Party, # copies of the financing statements on file in such jurisdictions and evidence that no Liens exist other than Permitted Liens and # copies of tax lien, judgment and bankruptcy searches in such jurisdictions.

copies of recent UCC, tax and judgment Lien searches in each jurisdiction reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, and searches of the records of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Copyright Office with respect to the Loan Parties.

Completed requests for information dated a recent date, including UCC, judgment, tax, litigation and bankruptcy searches with respect to each applicable Loan Party, and, in the case of UCC searches, listing all effective financing statements filed in the jurisdictions specified by the Administrative Agent that name any Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of such financing statements.
