Lien Searches. As to each Loan Party and its assets, to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each of the jurisdictions where such Loan Party is organized, and such search shall reveal no liens on any of the assets or property of the Loan Parties except for liens permitted by Section 6.02.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of recent lien searches in each of the jurisdictions where any of the Loan Parties is formed or organized, and such searches shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of the Loan Parties except for Liens permitted by Section 7.3, Liens to be discharged on or prior to the Closing Date, or Liens securing obligations of the Group Members under the Existing Credit Facility, which Liens shall be discharged substantially contemporaneously with the Closing Date pursuant to the Payoff Letter.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each of the jurisdictions where assets of the Borrower and Holdings are located, and such search shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of the Borrower or Holdings except for liens permitted by Section 7.3 or discharged or to be discharged on or prior to the Funding Date pursuant to documentation satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of recent lien searches in each jurisdiction where any Loan Party or Enterasys was formed or organized, and such searches shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of such Person except for Liens permitted by Section 7.3 or liens to be discharged on or prior to the Restatement Date (which liens shall be discharged pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent).

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in the jurisdiction of organization of each Loan Party, and the results of search reports in respect of the intellectual property of each Loan Party, and such search shall reveal no Liens on any of the assets of such Loan Parties except for liens permitted by [Section 6.02] or discharged on or prior to the Effective Date pursuant to a pay-off letter or other documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in the jurisdiction of organization of each Loan Party, and the results of search reports in respect of the intellectual property of each Loan Party, and such search shall reveal no Liens on any of the assets of such Loan Parties except for liens permitted by Section 6.02 or discharged on or prior to the Effective Date pursuant to a pay-off letter or other documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received "bring down" lien searches in acceptable scope and with results acceptable to the Administrative Agent for each of the Loan Parties.

Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, bankruptcy, tax and intellectual property matters), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory thereto, made against the Loan Parties under the Uniform Commercial Code (or applicable judicial docket) as in effect in each jurisdiction in which filings or recordations under the Uniform Commercial Code should be made to evidence or perfect security interests in all assets of such Loan Party, indicating among other things that the assets of each such Loan Party are free and clear of any Lien (except for Liens permitted under Section 6.02).
