Lien Searches. As to each Loan Party and its assets, to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each of the jurisdictions where such Loan Party is organized, and such search shall reveal no liens on any of the assets or property of the Loan Parties except for liens permitted by Section 6.02.

Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received lien searches in acceptable scope and with acceptable results for each of the Loan Parties.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of # searches of the UCC filings (or equivalent filings) and # tax lien searches, made with respect to the Loan Parties in, with respect to searches in respect of clause (i), the states or other jurisdictions of formation of such Persons and, with respect to searches in respect of clause (ii), such other locations as are satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, together with copies of the financing statements (or, in the case of clause (ii), similar documents) disclosed by such searches.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent bring down lien search in each relevant jurisdiction with respect to the Borrower, the Co-Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors, and such search shall reveal no Liens on any of the Collateral except for Liens permitted by Section 7.3 and Liens to be discharged on or prior to the Restatement Date pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders shall have received # searches of UCC filings in the jurisdiction of incorporation or formation, as applicable, of each Loan Party, # copies of the financing statements on file in such jurisdictions and evidence that no Liens exist other than Permitted Liens and # copies of tax lien, judgment and bankruptcy searches in such jurisdictions.

Lien Searches. Administrative Agent has received and approved # the results of a search of the Uniform Commercial Code filings (or equivalent filings) made with respect to the Loan Parties in the states (or other jurisdictions) of formation of such persons, and # such other UCC, litigation, bankruptcy, and other searches against the Loan Parties and such other parties as Administrative Agent requires.

Lien Searches. With respect to the property owned or leased by each Credit Party, and any other property securing the Obligations located in the United States, the Administrative Agent shall have received # the results of Uniform Commercial Code lien searches, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, # the results of federal and state tax lien and judicial lien searches and pending litigation and bankruptcy searches, in each case satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and # Uniform Commercial Code termination statements reflecting termination of all U.C.C. Financing Statements previously filed by any Person and not expressly permitted pursuant to [Section 5.9] hereof.

The Administrative Agent shall have received copies of a recent Lien and judgment search in each jurisdiction reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent with respect to the Loan Parties.
