Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received lien searches in acceptable scope and with acceptable results for each of the Loan Parties.

Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received "bring down" lien searches in acceptable scope and with results acceptable to the Administrative Agent for each of the Loan Parties.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in the jurisdiction of organization of each Loan Party reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, and each jurisdiction reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent where assets of the Loan Parties, or such Loan Parties are located, and such search shall reveal no Liens on any of the assets of the Loan Parties except as permitted by [Section 6.02].

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search with respect to each Loan Party in the jurisdiction where each such Loan Party is located, and such search shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of the Loan Parties except for liens permitted by Section 8.3 or discharged substantially concurrently with or prior to the Closing Date pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each jurisdiction where the Loan Parties are organized and where the assets of the Loan Parties are located, and such search shall reveal no Liens on any of the assets of the Loan Parties except for Liens permitted by Section 6.02 or discharged on or prior to the Effective Date pursuant to a pay-off letter or other documentation satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
