FIRPTA Certificate contract clause examples

FIRPTA. A Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act affidavit executed by Seller. If Seller fails to provide the necessary affidavit and/or documentation of exemption on the Closing Date, Purchaser may proceed with withholding provisions as provided by law;
