FIRPTA. A Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act affidavit executed by Seller. If Seller fails to provide the necessary affidavit and/or documentation of exemption on the Closing Date, Purchaser may proceed with withholding provisions as provided by law;

FIRPTA. A Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act affidavit executed by Seller confirming that Seller is not a “foreign person” under applicable laws.

FIRPTA Certificates. An affidavit from Seller with respect to compliance with the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (Internal Revenue Code Sec. 1445, as amended) and the regulations issued thereunder and any similar state tax requirements.

FIRPTA. A Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act affidavit executed by such Seller substantially in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto.

FIRPTA. A Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act affidavit in the form of [Exhibit D] hereto executed by Seller;
