Fees. The Borrower shall, without duplication, pay to the Arrangers and the Administrative Agent the fees described in the Fee Letters in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letters. [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] shall pay to the Lenders that portion of such fees paid to it by the Borrower that represent the upfront fees specified in the Fee Letters as being payable to such Lenders. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Additional Fees. The [[Borrower:Organization]] shall, without duplication, pay to the Arrangers and the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] the fees described in the Fee Letter in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letter. [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] shall pay to the Lenders that portion of such fees paid to it by the [[Borrower:Organization]] that represent the upfront fees specified in the Fee Letter as being payable to such Lenders. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Other Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Arranger and the Administrative Agent for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in their Fee Letter. The Borrower shall pay to [[Lenders:Organization]] such fees as shall have been separately agreed upon in writing in the amounts and at the times so specified.

[[Borrower:Organization]] shall pay to the Arrangers and the Administrative Agent for their own respective accounts, in Dollars, fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letters. Other Fees. The Borrowers shall, without duplication of any fees documented herein, pay to the Arrangers and the Administrative Agent any such other fees as mutually agreed to. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever, except as otherwise specifically agreed.

Other Fees. (i) The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for its own account and for the accounts of the Arrangers, fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Engagement Letter. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.
