Legal Fees. The parties hereto agree that the non-prevailing party in any dispute, claim, action or proceeding between the parties hereto arising out of or relating to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any provision thereof (a “Dispute”), shall reimburse the prevailing party for reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such Dispute.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event either party hereto employs an attorney in connection with claims by one party against the other arising from the operation of this Agreement, the non-prevailing party shall pay the prevailing party all reasonable fees and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with such transaction.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any of the parties hereto shall commence any action or proceeding against any or all of the other parties that arises out of the provisions of this Agreement or to recover damages as the result of the alleged breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party (and the court shall award to the prevailing party) all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Dispute Resolution. The prevailing Party in any legal proceeding in connection with this Agreement shall have the right to require the non-prevailing Party in such proceeding to make payment to and reimburse the prevailing Party for reasonable attorneys’ fees and related expenses which the prevailing Party incurs in connection with the commencement, prosecution, or defense of such proceeding. The prevailing Party shall be that Party which prevails on a majority, but not necessarily all, of the material issues which were adjudicated in such proceeding.

Attorneys’ Fees. The Parties agree that in the event it becomes necessary to seek judicial remedies for the breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled, in addition to all other remedies, to recover from the non-prevailing party reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs upon the entry of a final non-appealable judgment.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event a party hereto institutes a proceeding against the other party hereto for a claim arising out of or to enforce this Agreement, the losing party shall pay the reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such proceeding.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any action or proceeding relating to this Agreement, or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement is brought by a party hereto against any other party hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements (in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled).

Attorney’s Fees. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, should either party hereto institute any action or proceeding in court to enforce any provision hereof or for damages by reason of any alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement or for any other judicial remedy, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the losing party all reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses and all mediation, arbitration and court costs in connection with said proceeding.

Attorneys' Fees. In the event of any litigation between the parties hereto arising out of the terms, conditions and obligations expressed in this Agreement, the prevailing party in such litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection therewith.

Prevailing Party. In the event of any action brought to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the non-prevailing Party agrees to reimburse the prevailing Party for all costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by the prevailing Party in connection with such action.
