Fees. No Defaulting [[Organization A:Organization]] shall be entitled to receive any fee payable under [Section 2.09(a)] for any period during which that [[Organization A:Organization]] is a Defaulting [[Organization A:Organization]] (and the [[Borrower:Organization]] shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting [[Organization A:Organization]]).

Certain Fees. That Defaulting [[Organization D:Organization]] shall not be entitled to receive any facility fee pursuant to Section 2.09(a) for any period during which that Bank is a Defaulting Bank (and the [[Organization A:Organization]] shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting Bank).

(A) No Defaulting [[Organization C:Organization]] shall be entitled to receive any commitment fee pursuant to Section 2.09 for any period during which that [[Organization C:Organization]] is a Defaulting [[Organization C:Organization]] (and the Borrower shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting [[Organization C:Organization]]).

No Defaulting [[Lender:Organization]] shall be entitled to receive any fee pursuant to Section 2.11(b) for any period during which that [[Lender:Organization]] is a Defaulting [[Lender:Organization]] (and the [[Borrower:Organization]] shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting [[Lender:Organization]]); provided such Defaulting [[Lender:Organization]] shall be entitled to receive fees pursuant to Section 2.11(b)(ii) for any period during which that [[Lender:Organization]] is a Defaulting [[Lender:Organization]] only to the extent allocable to its Pro Rata Share of the Stated Amount of Letters of Credit for which it has provided Cash Collateral pursuant to Section 2.04.

Each Defaulting [[Lender:Organization]] shall be entitled to receive fees payable under [Section 2.08(a)] for any period during which that [[Lender:Organization]] is a Defaulting [[Lender:Organization]] only to extent allocable to the outstanding principal amount of Loans funded by it.
