Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent such fees as agreed in the Fee Letter.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent the fees as separately agreed upon by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent in the Agent Fee Letter.

Administrative Fees. The Borrowers agree to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, an annual fee as agreed to between the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent in the Fee Letters.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Administrative Agent, the fees payable to it as set forth in the Fee Letter in the amounts and at the times specified therein (the “Administrative Agent Fees”).

Borrowers agree to pay to Administrative Agent the other fees and amounts set forth in the Fee Letter in the amounts and at the times specified therein.

The Borrowers agree to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent, including, without limitation, in the Fee Letter.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent the fees in the amounts and on the dates previously agreed to in writing by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

The Borrower agrees to pay the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the fees in the amounts and at the times previously agreed upon by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

Administrative Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times as set forth in the Administrative Agent Fee Letter dated as of the Effective Date between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

Administrative Agent’s Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent the administrative agent fees in the amounts and on the dates as set forth in writing from time to time between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
