Adjustments. The Plan contains provisions covering the treatment of RSUs and shares of Common Stock in a number of contingencies such as stock splits. Provisions in the Plan for adjustment with respect to this Award and the related provisions with respect to successors to the business of the Company are hereby made applicable hereunder and are incorporated herein by reference.

Adjustments. Participant acknowledges that the RSUs and the Shares subject to the RSUs are subject to adjustment, modification and termination in certain events as provided in this Agreement and the Plan.

Adjustments. In the event of a stock split, a stock dividend or a similar change in Company stock, the number of unvested Restricted Stock Units awarded to Participant under this Award Agreement will be adjusted in accordance with the Plan.

ADJUSTMENTS. In the event of any merger, reorganization, consolidation, recapitalization, Share split, reverse Share split, or similar transaction or other change in legal structure affecting the Shares, such adjustments and other substitutions shall be made to the Plan and to outstanding Awards as the Committee in its sole discretion deems equitable or appropriate, including without limitation such adjustments in # the aggregate number, class, and kind of Shares which may be delivered under the Plan, in the aggregate or to any one Participant and # the number, class, and kind of Shares subject to outstanding Awards and option price of Options granted under the Plan.

Adjustments. Subject to the expiration of this Warrant pursuant to [Section 8], the number and kind of shares purchasable hereunder and the Exercise Price therefor are subject to adjustment from time to time, as follows:

Adjustments. The Administrator may make various adjustments to your Options, including adjustments to the number and type of securities subject to the Options and the Exercise Price, in accordance with the terms of the Plan. In the event of any transaction resulting in a Change in Control (as defined in the Plan) of the Company, the outstanding Options will terminate upon the effective time of such Change in Control unless provision is made in connection with the transaction for the continuation or assumption of such Options by, or for the substitution of the equivalent awards of, the surviving or successor entity or a parent thereof. In the event of such termination, you will be permitted, immediately before the Change in Control, to exercise or convert all portions of such Options that are then exercisable or which become exercisable upon or prior to the effective time of the Change in Control.
