Adjustments. The terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, # the number of Shares subject to the Option and # the Exercise Price specified herein, will be subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 12 of the Plan.
Capitalization Adjustments. The number of Shares subject to the Option and the Exercise Price shall be equitably and appropriately adjusted, if applicable, as provided in [Section 12.2] of the Plan.
