[[Agenus:Organization]] shall have no responsibility or liability to [[Organization A:Organization]] with respect to such Third Party Patent Rights. In the event that either Party receives any notice of potential infringement of any Third Party Patent Rights as a result of, or otherwise impacting, the Exploitation of the Licensed Product, it shall promptly notify the other Party.
