Judgments. There is entered against the Company or any Subsidiary # any one final judgment or order for the payment of money in an amount exceeding $35,000,000.00 or any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in an aggregate amount exceeding
Judgments. There is entered against the Company or any Significant Subsidiary # one or more final judgments or orders for the payment of money in an aggregate amount (as to all such judgments or orders) exceeding the Threshold Amount (to the extent not covered by insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage) and there is a period of 60 consecutive days during which such judgment(s) remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed; or

Judgments. Judgments. Any money judgment, writ or similar process shall be entered or filed against the Borrower or any subsidiary of the Borrower or any of its property or other assets for more than $50,000, and shall remain unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of twenty (20) days unless otherwise consented to by the Holder, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
