Liens arising by virtue of Uniform Commercial Code financing statement filings (or similar filings under applicable law) regarding operating leases entered into by the Company and the Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business;

Liens arising by virtue of Uniform Commercial Code financing statement filings (or similar filings under applicable law) regarding operating leases entered into by the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries;

Liens arising from Uniform Commercial Code (or equivalent statute) financing statement filings regarding operating leases or consignments entered into by Holdings or any Restricted Subsidiary in the ordinary course of business;

Liens arising by virtue of precautionary Uniform Commercial Code financing statement filings regarding operating leases entered into by the Borrowers or any of their Restricted Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business;

Liens arising from precautionary Uniform Commercial Code financing statement filings regarding operating leases entered into by the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business;

Liens arising by virtue of Uniform Commercial Code financing statement filings (or similar filings under applicable law) regarding # operating leases entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business or # perfection of the acquiror’s or transferee’s interest in any sale, transfer or other disposition of assets permitted under Section 6.04;

Liens arising solely from precautionary filings of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code of the applicable jurisdictions in respect of operating leases entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business or in respect of assets sold or otherwise disposed of to any Person not prohibited hereunder;

Liens arising from precautionary UCC financing statement filings regarding operating leases entered into by the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business;

Liens arising from precautionary Uniform Commercial Code financing statements or any similar filings made in respect of operating leases entered into by Holdings or any of its subsidiaries.

Liens arising from precautionary UCC financing statement filings regarding operating leases or consignment arrangements entered into by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business;
