“Copyrights” means all of the following now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor: # all copyright rights in any work subject to the copyright laws of the United States or any other country, whether as author, assignee, transferee or otherwise, and # all registrations and applications for registration of any such copyright in the United States or any other country, including registrations, recordings, supplemental registrations and pending applications for registration in the United States Copyright Office.

“Copyrights” means“Copyrights” shall mean, collectively, all of each Grantor’s copyrights, copyright registrations and applications for copyright registration, whether under the following now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor: # all copyright rights in any work subject to the copyright lawsLaws of the United States or any other country, whether as author, assignee, transfereecountry or otherwise, and #jurisdiction, including all registrations and applications for registration of any such copyright in the United States or any other country, including registrations, recordings, supplemental registrations and pending applications for registration in the United States Copyright Office.derivative or collective work registrations, and all renewals and extensions thereof.

“Copyrights” means“Copyrights” means, collectively, with respect to each Grantor, all of the following now ownedcopyrights (whether statutory or hereafter acquired by any Grantor: # all copyright rights in any work subject to the copyright laws of the United Statescommon law, whether established or any other country, whether as author, assignee, transferee or otherwise, and # all registrations and applications for registration of any such copyrightregistered in the United States or any other country,country or any political subdivision thereof, whether registered or unregistered and whether published or unpublished) including registrations, recordings, supplementalthose listed in [Schedule 5] hereof, all tangible embodiments of the foregoing and all copyright registrations and pending applications made by such Grantor, in each case, whether now owned or hereafter created or acquired by or assigned to such Grantor, together with any and all # rights and privileges arising under applicable law and international treaties and conventions with respect to such Grantor’s use of such copyrights, # reissues, renewals, continuations and extensions thereof and amendments thereto, # income, fees, royalties, damages, claims and payments now or hereafter due and/or payable with respect thereto, including damages and payments for registration inpast, present or future infringements thereof, # rights corresponding thereto throughout the United States Copyright Office.world and # rights to sue for past, present or future infringements thereof.
