“Patents” shall mean, collectively, all of each Grantor’s letters patent under the Laws of the United States, all recordings and registrations thereof and applications therefor, including the inventions described therein, all reissues, continuations, divisions, renewals, extensions, or continuations-in-part thereof.

“Patents” means, collectively, with respect to each Grantor, all letters patent issued or assigned to, and all patent applications and registrations made by, such Grantor including those listed in [Schedule 5] hereof (whether issued, established or registered or recorded in the United States or any other country or any political subdivision thereof) and all tangible embodiments of the foregoing, together with any and all # rights and privileges arising under applicable law and international treaties and conventions with respect to such Grantor’s use of any patents, # inventions and improvements described and claimed therein, # reissues, divisions, continuations, renewals, extensions and continuations-in-part thereof and amendments thereto, # income, fees, royalties, damages, claims and payments now or hereafter due and/or payable thereunder and with respect thereto including damages and payments for past, present or future infringements thereof, # rights corresponding thereto throughout the world and # rights to sue for past, present or future infringements thereof.

“Patents” means all of the following now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor: # all letters patent of the United States or the equivalent thereof in any other country, all registrations and recordings thereof, and all applications for letters patent of the United States or the equivalent thereof in any other country, including registrations, recordings and pending applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any similar offices in any other country, including those listed on [Schedule II] to the Perfection Certificate, as updated from time to time pursuant to [Section 5.04(c), and (b)])] all reissues, continuations, divisions, continuations-in-part, renewals or extensions thereof, and the inventions disclosed or claimed therein, including the right to make, use and/or sell the inventions disclosed or claimed therein.

“Patents” means all patents and applications therefor and all reissues, divisions, renewals, extensions, provisionals, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof.

“Patents” shall mean all issued patents and patent applications, including all provisional applications, substitutions, requests for continuation, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals and renewals.
