Effective Date. The Plan shall be effective as of September 23, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), subject to stockholder approval of the Plan as required pursuant to applicable law.

Effective Date. The Plan was originally adopted by the Board on February 26, 2020, and became effective as of such date subject to stockholder approval (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date and Term of Plan. The Plan shall become effective on the date on which it is adopted by the Board (the “Effective Date”). It is expressly intended that approval of the Company’s stockholders not be required as a condition to the effectiveness of the Plan, and the Plan’s provisions shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with such intent for all purposes.

Effective Date. The Plan, as hereby amended and restated, is effective as of the Effective Date. The Plan originally was adopted effective March 30, 2017, subject to stockholder approval, and was approved by the stockholders of the Company on May 25, 2017.

“Effective Date” means the date of the Plan’s approval by the Board, subject to the approval of the Company’s stockholders.
