Effective Date. This Release shall become effective upon Executive’s execution of the Release (which shall occur no earlier than the Separation Date) and the expiration of the revocation period applicable under Section 3(d) without Executive having given notice of revocation. The “Effective Date” shall be the eighth (8th) day following Executive’s execution of this Release without revocation. Executive understands that Executive will not be given any separation benefits under this Release unless the Effective Date occurs on or before the date that is thirty (30) days following the Separation Date. In the event the Effective Date does not occur on or before the date that is thirty (30) days following the Separation Date, this Release shall be null and void. The parties agree that any material or immaterial changes to this Release shall not extend the deadline for the occurrence of the Effective Date.

Effective Date. This Supplemental Release will not become effective or enforceable until the eighth (8th) calendar day after Executive signs it (the “Effective Date”). If # this Supplemental Release fails to become effective and irrevocable on or prior to the 60th day following the Separation Date or (ii)(a) Executive revokes this Supplemental Release within the seven (7) day Revocation Period or # Executive fails to return an executed original within the required twenty‑one (21) day timeframe referenced above, the Parties shall have no obligations under this Supplemental Release, and this Supplemental Release shall be considered null and void.

Effective Date. Executive understands that this Release shall become effective, irrevocable, and binding upon Executive on the day following the seventh (7th) business day from the date upon which Executive signs this Release, so long as Executive has not revoked it within the time period and in the manner specified in Section 3 above. Executive further understands that Executive will not be given any severance benefits under the Agreement unless this Release becomes effective pursuant to its terms.

Effective Date. This Release shall become effective upon Employee’s signature of it no earlier than the Separation Date (as defined below) and allowing it to become effective, irrevocable and binding in accordance with the terms of Section 3(e). The “Effective Date” shall be the eighth (8th) day following Employee’s signature of this Release without revocation. Employee understands that Employee will not be given any severance benefits under this Release unless the Effective Date occurs on or before the date that is fifty (50) days following the Separation Date.

Revocation/Effective Date. This General Release Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the eighth day after Executive signs this General Release Agreement. In other words, Executive may revoke Executive’s acceptance of this General Release Agreement within seven (7) days after the date Executive signs it. Executive’s revocation must be in writing and received by the Company on or before the seventh day in order to be effective. If Executive does not revoke acceptance within the seven (7) day period, Executive’s acceptance of this General Release Agreement shall become binding and enforceable on the eighth day (“Effective Date”). The Severance Package will become due and payable after the Effective Date, provided Executive does not revoke.
