Effective Date. Executive has seven days after Executive signs this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth day after Executive signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by Executive before that date.

Executive may revoke this Agreement at any time during the first seven (7) days following Executive’s execution of this Agreement, and this Agreement and release shall not be effective or enforceable until the seven-day period has expired (“Revocation Period Expiration Date”). Notice of a revocation by Executive must be made to the designated representative of the Company (as described below) within the seven (7) day period after Executive signs this Agreement. If Executive revokes this Agreement, it shall not be effective or enforceable against the Company Parties. Accordingly, the “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be on the eighth (8th) day after Executive signs the Agreement and returns it to the Company, and provided that Executive does not revoke the Agreement during the seven (7) day revocation period.

Executive has seven (7) days after signing this Agreement to revoke this Agreement, and this Agreement will not be effective until that revocation period has expired without revocation. Executive agrees that in order to exercise his/her right to revoke this Agreement within such seven (7) day period, he/she must do so in a signed writing delivered to the Company’s Board before the close of business on the seventh calendar day after he/she signs this Agreement.

Effective Date. If Executive has attained or is over the age of 40 as of the date of Executive’s termination of employment, then each Party has seven days after that Party signs this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth day after Executive signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Effective Date”). If Executive has not attained the age of 40 as of the date of Executive’s termination of employment, then the “Effective Date” shall be the date on which Executive signs this Agreement.

Effective Date. Each party has seven days after that party signs this Release to revoke it and this Release will become effective on the eighth day after Executive signs it, so long as it has been signed by the parties and has not been revoked by either party before that date.

Revocation and Effective Date. The Parties agree Executive may revoke the Agreement at will within seven (7) days after Executive executes the Agreement by giving written notice of revocation to Company. Such notice must be delivered to [[Person A:Person]]eral Counsel of the Company, and must actually be received by him at or before the above-referenced seven-day deadline. The Agreement may not be revoked after the expiration of the seven-day deadline. In the event that Executive revokes the Agreement within the revocation period described in this Section 6, this Agreement shall not be effective or enforceable, and all rights and obligations hereunder shall be void and of no effect. Assuming that Executive does not revoke this Agreement within the revocation period described above, the effective date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) shall be the eighth (8th) day after the day on which Executive executes this Agreement.

Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day after the date executed by Executive (the “Effective Date”), but only if the Agreement is not revoked as provided in Section 6. If the Agreement is revoked, it shall be null and void.

Executive will have the right to revoke this Agreement for a period of seven (7) days after signing this Agreement, and this Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable unless and until this revocation period has expired without revocation by Executive. If Executive timely revokes this Agreement, Executive will not receive or be entitled to receive the Payment specified in paragraph 2 above.

This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Employee signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by Employee before that date (the “Effective Date”).

​ The Executive understands that this Agreement shall be effective as of the date on which the Executive signs the Agreement (“Effective Date”), provided that the Agreement is not revoked by the Executive within seven days after the Executive signs the Agreement. For a period of seven days after the Executive signs the Agreement, the Executive has the right to revoke and/or cancel this Agreement by the delivery of notice in writing of revocation and/or cancellation to the Company. In the event that the Executive does not revoke and/or cancel this Agreement during this period, this Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date. In the event that the Executive revokes this Agreement, the Executive shall not be entitled to any of the consideration set out in [Section 3B] of the Separation Policy.
