Effective Date. Executive has seven days after Executive signs this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth day after Executive signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by Executive before that date.

The Executive may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days of signing it. Revocation can be made by sending a written notice of revocation to the Company. For such revocation to be effective, notice must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the seventh calendar day after the Executive signs this Agreement. If the Executive revokes this Agreement, it shall not become effective or enforceable and the Executive will not receive the severance package described in this Agreement.

Revocation. Executive understands that after executing this Agreement, he has the right to revoke it within seven (7) days after his execution of it. Executive understands that this Agreement will not become effective and enforceable unless the seven day revocation period passes and Executive does not revoke this Agreement in writing. Executive has seven (7) days after signing this Agreement to revoke it. If Executive wishes to revoke this Agreement, Executive must deliver notice of Executive’s revocation in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 7th day following Executive’s execution of this Agreement to Alan Mendelson, email: [[Email]]. Executive understands that if he revokes this Agreement, it will be null and void in its entirety, and he will not be entitled to any payments or benefits provided in Section 4 of this Agreement.

Effective Date. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) calendar day after the Executive signs and delivers this Agreement to the Employer (the “Effective Date”), provided that the Executive does not revoke this Agreement before that date in accordance with [Article II], paragraph 8 below; and, provided that the Executive signs this Agreement on or March 19, 2019 (which is 21 calendar days following the date that this Agreement was presented to Executive).

Effective Date. Executive understands that this Release shall become effective, irrevocable, and binding upon Executive on the day following the seventh (7th) business day from the date upon which Executive signs this Release, so long as Executive has not revoked it within the time period and in the manner specified in Section 3 above. Executive further understands that Executive will not be given any severance benefits under the Agreement unless this Release becomes effective pursuant to its terms.
