Effective Date. Executive has seven days after Executive signs this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth day after Executive signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by Executive before that date.

Executive acknowledges that he has been given twenty-one (21) days from the date he received this Agreement to consider its terms and decide whether or not to sign it. The twenty-one (21) day period started on the day Executive received this Agreement, and any changes to this Agreement, whether or not material, do not restart the running of the twenty-one (21) day period. Executive understands that he may revoke this Agreement at any time within the seven (7) day period following execution thereof and that this Agreement shall become effective and enforceable only when the revocation period has expired and Executive has not revoked this Agreement.

Effective Date. You have seven (7) days after you sign this agreement to revoke it. This agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after you sign this agreement, so long as it has been signed by both parties and has not been revoked by you before that date.

The Executive may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days of signing it. Revocation can be made by sending a written notice of revocation to the Company. For such revocation to be effective, notice must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the seventh calendar day after the Executive signs this Agreement. If the Executive revokes this Agreement, it shall not become effective or enforceable and the Executive will not receive the severance package described in this Agreement.

Effective Date. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) calendar day after the Executive signs and delivers this Agreement to the Employer (the “Effective Date”), provided that the Executive does not revoke this Agreement before that date in accordance with [Article II], paragraph 8 below; and, provided that the Executive signs this Agreement on or March 19, 2019 (which is 21 calendar days following the date that this Agreement was presented to Executive).
