Effective Date. Executive has seven days after Executive signs this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth day after Executive signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by Executive before that date.

Effective Date. If Executive has attained or is over the age of 40 as of the date of Executive’s termination of employment, then each Party has seven days after that Party signs this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth day after Executive

Revocation. Executive understands that after executing this Agreement, he has the right to revoke it within seven (7) days after his execution of it. Executive understands that this Agreement will not become effective and enforceable unless the seven day revocation period passes and Executive does not revoke this Agreement in writing. Executive understands that this Agreement may not be revoked after the seven day revocation period has passed. Executive understands that any revocation of this Agreement must be made in writing and delivered to Employer at 575 Anton Blvd., Suite 100, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 within the seven (7) day period.

Executive acknowledges that he has been given twenty-one (21) days from the date he received this Agreement to consider its terms and decide whether or not to sign it. The twenty-one (21) day period started on the day Executive received this Agreement, and any changes to this Agreement, whether or not material, do not restart the running of the twenty-one (21) day period. Executive understands that he may revoke this Agreement at any time within the seven (7) day period following execution thereof and that this Agreement shall become effective and enforceable only when the revocation period has expired and Executive has not revoked this Agreement.

Effective Date. You have seven (7) days after you sign this agreement to revoke it. This agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after you sign this agreement, so long as it has been signed by both parties and has not been revoked by you before that date.

The Executive may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days of signing it. Revocation can be made by sending a written notice of revocation to the Company. For such revocation to be effective, notice must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the seventh calendar day after the Executive signs this Agreement. If the Executive revokes this Agreement, it shall not become effective or enforceable and the Executive will not receive the severance package described in this Agreement.

if Executive does not revoke during the seven-day Revocation Period, this Agreement will take effect on the eighth (8th) day after the date Executive signs the Agreement (“Effective Date”); and

Each Party has seven (7) days after that Party signs this Agreement to revoke it. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Employee signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. Employee understands that this Agreement shall be null and void if not executed by Employee within forty-five (45) days. Each Party has seven (7) days after that Party signs this Agreement to revoke it. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Employee signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) calendar day after the Executive signs and delivers this Agreement to the Employer (the “Effective Date”), provided that the Executive does not revoke this Agreement before that date in accordance with [Article II], paragraph 8 below; and, provided that the Executive signs this Agreement on or March 19, 2019 (which is 21 calendar days following the date that this Agreement was presented to Executive).
