Fees and Expenses. Each party shall pay all of its own costs, fees and expenses relating to the transactions contemplated under this Agreement.

Expenses. Each party hereto shall pay its own expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

Fees and Expenses. Each party will be responsible for all of the legal, accounting and other expenses incurred by such party hereto in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
