Contemporaneously herewith, Borrowers shall pay Lender a fully earned, non-refundable amendment fee in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand and No/ 100 Dollars ($25,000.00).

Contemporaneously herewith, Borrowers shall pay Lender a fully earned, non-refundable amendment fee in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000.00).

Amendment Fee. In consideration of the agreements set forth herein, Borrowers shall pay to Lender an amendment fee in the amount of $26,250 (the “Amendment Fee”), which fee is non-refundable when paid and is fully-earned as of the date of this Amendment. The Amendment Fee shall be paid in full on the date of this Amendment.

the Lender shall have received from the Borrowers a fee in an amount equal to $25,000 payable in immediately available funds, which fee shall be fully earned and payable on the Amendment Effective Date;

Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender a fee of $15,000 simultaneously with the execution of this Amendment.

The Borrower shall have paid to the Agent a non-refundable amendment fee in the amount of $20,000, which shall be earned, due, and payable on the Amendment Date in immediately available funds and # the reasonable and documented costs and expenses of the Agent incurred by it in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Modification Fee. Borrower shall have paid to Bank in full a non-refundable fee of $100,000, which fee shall be deemed fully earned, due and payable upon the effectiveness of this Amendment.
