Attorneys' Fees and Costs. Each party shall bear its own expenses in connection with the issuance of this Note; provided, however, that if any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Note, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its attorneys' fees, costs, and disbursements in addition to any other relief to which such party may be entitled. As used in this Section, attorneys' fees shall be deemed to mean the full and actual costs of any legal services actually performed in connection with the matters involved calculated on the basis of the usual fee charged by the attorney performing such services and shall not be limited to "reasonable attorneys' fees" as defined in any statute or rule of court.

Attorney Fees. lf any attorney is employed by either party with regard to any legal or equitable action, arbitration or other proceeding brought by such party for enforcement of this Note or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Note, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other patty reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs and expenses incurred, in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled.

Should a dispute arise between any of the parties hereto regarding the meaning of this Note, the enforcement of this Note or any claim or dispute related to this Note, then the prevailing party, in addition to whatever other relief such party may be entitled to, shall also recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with such dispute whether such dispute was resolved judicially, by mediation, by arbitration or by any other means, formal or informal.

Should a dispute arise between any of the parties hereto regarding the meaning of this Note, the enforcement of this Note or any claim or dispute related to this Note, then the prevailing party, in addition to whatever other relief such party may be entitled to, shall also recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with such dispute whether such dispute was resolved judicially, by mediation, by arbitration or by any other means, formal or informal.

In the event of any suit or action to collect amounts owing under this Note, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of its reasonable out-of-pocket attorneys’ fees and costs incurred at trial and upon any appeal.

Attorneys' Fees and Costs. If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees, costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which he may be entitled.

Fees and Expenses. All expenses incurred in connection with this Note, including attorneys’ fees, shall be paid by the parties incurring such expenses.
