If any legal action or other proceeding is brought by any of the Parties hereto relating to this Agreement or to recover damages or equitable relief for a breach or threatened breach thereof, the prevailing Party shall recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in such an action or proceeding, which amount shall be determined by a court and not a jury.

Section # Attorneys’ Fees. If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged breach or default relating to this Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in such action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled, the amount to be set by a court and not a jury.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any Party hereto brings any action, at law or in equity, to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover from the other party hereto reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in addition to any relief to which such Party may be entitled.

Attorney's Fees. In the event of any action, suit or proceeding brought under or in connection with this Agreement, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover, and the other party thereto agrees to pay, costs and expenses in connection therewith including reasonable attorney's fees, disbursements and expenses.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any party hereto brings any action, at law or in equity, to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party hereto reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in addition to any relief to which such party may be entitled.

In the event of litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Attorneys’ fees and Costs: If any action, suit, or proceeding is brought under or in connection with this Agreement, the prevailing party herein shall be entitled to its/his/her costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees.

In the event that either party shall bring an action or legal proceeding for an alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement or any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement herein set forth, or to enforce, protect, determine or establish any term, covenant or provision of this Agreement or the rights hereunder of either party, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party, as a part of such action or proceedings, or in a separate action brought for that purpose, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, expert witness fees and court costs as may be fixed by the court or jury.

Attorneys’ Fees. Except as otherwise provided herein, in any action, litigation or proceeding between the parties arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, including any purported breach of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of its costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

If either party hereto shall bring suit or other legal action against the other to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the losing party shall pay to the prevailing party the prevailing party’s costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) incurred in enforcing such prevailing party’s rights under this Agreement.

Attorneys’ Fees. Except as otherwise provided herein, in any action, litigation or proceeding between the parties arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, including any purported breach of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be entitled to an award of its costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
