Fees. No Defaulting ​ shall be entitled to receive any fee payable under [Section 2.09(a)] for any period during which that ​ is a Defaulting ​ (and the ​ shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting ​).

Certain Fees. NoThat Defaulting A" data-ad-field-type="d" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"d","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ shall not be entitled to receive any facility fee payable underpursuant to [Section 2.09(a)] for any period during which that ​Bank is a Defaulting ​Bank (and the _Borrower:​ shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting ​)Bank).

#No Defaulting A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ shall be entitled to receive any commitment fee payable underpursuant to [Section 2.09(a)]09] for any period during which that A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ is a Defaulting A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ (and the ​Borrower shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​).

No Defaulting _Organization A:​ shall be entitled to receive any fee payable underpursuant to [Section 2.09(a)11(b)] for any period during which that _Organization A:​ is a Defaulting _Organization A:​ (and the ​ shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting _Organization A:​); provided such Defaulting ​ shall be entitled to receive fees pursuant to [Section 2.11(b)(ii)] for any period during which that ​ is a Defaulting ​ only to the extent allocable to its Pro Rata Share of the Stated Amount of Letters of Credit for which it has provided Cash Collateral pursuant to [Section 2.04].

Each Defaulting _Organization A:​ shall be entitled to receive any feefees payable under [Section 2.09(08(a)] for any period during which that _Organization A:​ is a Defaulting _Organization A:​ (andonly to extent allocable to the ​ shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting ​).outstanding principal amount of Loans funded by it.
