Costs. If this Note is not paid when due, whether at maturity or by acceleration, the Borrower promises to pay all costs and expenses of collection (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) and all expenses incurred in connection with the protection or realization of the collateral or enforcement of any guaranty, incurred by the Lender on account of such collection, whether or not suit is filed hereon.

In the event this Note is not paid when due at any stated or accelerated maturity, the Borrower agrees to pay, in addition to the principal and interest, all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

In the event this Note is not paid on the Maturity Date, the Borrower promises to pay, in addition to the unpaid principal sum, together with all accrued interest, all costs of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees.
