In any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or Employee’s hiring, employment, compensation, benefits, or termination, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its attorneys’ fees and costs.

In the event of litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

In the event of any dispute between the parties with respect to the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any legal proceeding or other action to enforce the terms of this Agreement will be entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with such proceeding or action.

the Company. The prevailing party in any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be entitled to his or its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Attorneys’ Fees and Costs. In the event of any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or breach hereof, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in connection with any court proceeding.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event of any dispute regarding this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorneys’ fees as awarded by the court having jurisdiction.

Prevailing Party. In any dispute resolution proceeding between the parties in connection with this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs in such proceeding from the other party.

Attorneys’ Fees. In any dispute or action between the parties arising out of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to seek to have and recover from the other party such amount as the court may adjudge reasonable as attorneys’ fees and expenses together with costs of litigation incurred by the prevailing party, in additional to all other amounts provided at law.

Attorneys’ Fees. Except as otherwise provided herein, in any action, litigation or proceeding between the parties arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, including any purported breach of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of its costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Remedies. In addition to all other legal and equitable remedies, the prevailing party in any dispute that in any way relates to this Agreement shall be entitled to recover his or its reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred in connection with such dispute.
