Attorneys’ Fees and Costs. You and the Company each agree to bear your own attorneys’ fees and costs and expenses incurred, and to be incurred, in connection with any Claim and the negotiation, execution and implementation of this Agreement.

The Company and you shall each bear their own costs, fees (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) and expenses in connection with the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement.

Attorneys’ Fees. The Company shall bear each Party’s fees in connection with the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to a Party’s performance or nonperformance of its obligations under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to seek attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in connection with any action brought to resolve the dispute.
