"Negligent person" means an identifiable natural person by legal name who is not a family member, and who is legally responsible for damages sustained by you or a family member caused by an occurrence.

Reputational injury. If we are defending you or a family member in a suit seeking covered damages, we will pay reasonable and necessary fees or expenses that you or a family member incur for services provided by a reputation management firm to minimize potential injury to the reputation of you or a family member solely as a result of personal injury or property damage, caused by an occurrence if:

Family Member means with respect to any Participant:

•employed by you or a family member, or through a firm under an agreement with you or a family member, to perform duties related only to a covered person's domestic, personal, or business pursuits covered under this part of your policy;

“Permitted Transferee” means, with respect to any Member, # any Affiliate of such Member; # any successor entity of such Member; # a trust established by or for the benefit of a Member of which only such Member and his or her immediate family members are beneficiaries; # any Person established for the benefit of, and beneficially owned solely by, an entity Member or the sole individual direct or indirect owner of an entity Member; # upon an individual Member’s death, an executor, administrator or beneficiary of the estate of the deceased Member; and # solely with respect to any Double Eagle Member, any partner, shareholder or member of such Double Eagle Member or any trust, family partnership or family limited liability company, the sole beneficiaries, partners or members of which are such Double Eagle Member or Relatives of such Double Eagle Member.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage will continue until the end of the month in which you receive your last severance payment. In addition, medical, dental, and vision coverage for an enrolled family member will end on the date your coverage ends, the date a family member becomes ineligible, or the date you stop contributions for family coverage, whichever occurs first.

“TP Eligible Member”. An otherwise eligible Member who was accruing a benefit in [Appendix CB] of the Pension Plan for Eaton Corporation Employees or the Puerto Rico Cash Balance Version of the Pension Plan for Eaton Corporation Employees in Puerto Rico as of December 31, 2020.
