Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to the Borrowers by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to the BorrowersBorrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to the Borrowers (or either of them) by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender to any Borrower as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to the Borrowerssuch Borrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to the BorrowersBorrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender,Lender on demand, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender to any Borrower as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to the Borrowerssuch Borrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to thean Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to the Borrowersapplicable Borrower by thesuch Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV]V] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, thesuch Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to the Borrowers​ Parties by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II],ARTICLE II, and such funds are not made available to the BorrowersBorrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV]ARTICLE IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.interest, if returned within one Business Day, and with interest at the Federal Funds Rate for each day thereafter until returned.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II]2], and such funds are not made available to the Borrowers by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extensionborrowing of Loans set forth in [Article IV]4] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.
