Failure of either party to enforce compliance with any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such provision unless accompanied by a clear written statement that such provision is waived. No waiver of any breach hereof shall be held to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.

Failure of either party to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of rights for that or subsequent breaches.

Waiver. The failure by any Party to enforce any of its rights under this Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights, unless such waiver is an express written waiver that has been signed by the waiving Party. Waiver of any one breach will not be deemed a waiver of any other breach of the same or any other provision of this Agreement.

Waiver. Either party’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not in any way be construed as a waiver of any such provision, or prevent that party thereafter from enforcing each and every other provision of this Agreement.

The failure of either party to insist upon the strict performance of any of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of future compliance therewith, and said terms, conditions and provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement, on the part of either party, shall be effective for any purpose whatsoever unless such waiver is in writing and signed by such party.

Either party’s failure to enforce any right resulting from a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach by the other party.

No Implied Waiver. Any failure by either party to enforce any of the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall not be considered a continuing waiver of that party's right thereafter to enforce such terms and provisions. No provision of this Agreement shall be deemed waived unless such waiver is in writing signed by both parties.

The failure or delay of either party to enforce at any time any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such party's right thereafter to enforce each and every provision of this Agreement.

Waiver. The waiver by either Party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. The failure of a Party to insist upon strict adherence to any provision of this Agreement on one or more occasions shall not be considered a waiver or deprive that Party of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that provision or any other provision of this Agreement. Any waiver must be in writing.

Waiver. Failure by either Party to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
